Supporting Documents to be Included with the Florida State University Online Graduate Application

All applications to Aquatic Environmental Science Masters degree program must upload
the following documents in the Supporting Documents page in the Online Application:

       1) The completed Personal Information form. Click here to open the form in a new window.

      • Please upload this form as Document 1 in your supporting documents.

       2) A Statement of Interest (a statement of your objectives and interests, research and career goals), one to two pages.

      • Please upload as Document 2 in your supporting documents.

       3) Copies of your official or unofficial transcripts.

      • Please scan & upload (if possible) as Document 3 in your supporting documents or mail to the address below.

     To allow the department to begin its evaluation process as soon as possible, please mail any documents you cannot upload to the address below:
